Article 1. Eligibility of membership - This shipping site is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts with you and the Shipper/carrier of a freight item. People who are under age of 18 are not eligible for membership due to security precautions that can result as of those members. A credit card is required in order to post a shipment to verify age. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these services.

Article 2. FR8SHIP is only providing listing services - We only provide services to people interested in shipping and freight hauling via internet bidding. We do not have control over the items that are posted on the site, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of a said product. We are not responsible for the actions of the Shipper or the carrier/broker, before, during, and after the process, typographical errors, mis-prints, loss of merchandise/money, damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit to this site. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is'.

Article 3. Bidding and Shipping - As a user, you may bid and/or ship merchandise over FR8SHIP. As a bidder, you know that placing a bid is a binding contract with you and the Shipper, and the bid cannot be retracted unless due to fault by the Shipper of typographical error, or other error, due to human error on the Shippers part. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to haul, or arrange the hauling of the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. Placing a bid on this site, and winning, then not transporting for the product is unethical, and will not be tolerated. As a Shipper, the item that you place up for bids must be real. Once a bid has been placed for your item, you are being placed in a binding contract with the potential carrier of the product, if that bid shall be the lowest bid. Once the bidding is over, you are obligated to contract with the carrier which has the lowest bid on your shipment. If there are no bids for your shipment, you are not obligated in any way to ship this item at all. HOWEVER, IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED ONE OR MORE BIDS ON YOUR SHIPMENT, YOU CANNOT WITHDRAW THE SHIPMENT FROM THE PROCESS WITHOUT GOOD CAUSE. As a Shipper, you are not in any way to bid on your own items. If reported, your shipment will be deleted.

Article 4. Shipping Items - As a user, you are welcome to put items up for shipment on FR8SHIP. We do have restrictions on what items you may list, and what you may not list. You may not list illegal merchandise, including pirated software and music, firearms, adult videos, or anything that is affiliated with pornography, etc. Items that are up for bids are subject to review by the staff of FR8SHIP, and may be removed without prior notice, if in violation with the User Agreement.

Article 5. Privacy - We gather your information so that other people will have it on hand when they win your shipment, or you win their shipment. Personal information is not sold, rented, without your permission. Personal information sent to a user regarding a product listed or shipped on the website is not to be used for any other purpose, except for communication with the shipment.

Article 6. Warranty - FR8SHIP provide this website in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. FR8SHIP is not liable for any damages resulting in an shipment, or your visit to the site.
